NC-2009 EAp2:Minimum Energy Performance
We are looking at an energy model report for a Residential tower. The project was initially achieving 12% savings. Later they removed the non-regulated use items (residential light & receptacle loads) and now the project performs 15.7% better than ASHRAE. Is this allowed per GBCI?
