NC-2009 EAp2: Minimum Energy Performance
We are looking at an energy model report for a Residential tower. The project was initially achieving 12% savings. Later they removed the non-regulated use items (residential light & receptacle loads) and now the project performs 15.7% better than ASHRAE.
Is this allowed per GBCI?

A portion of our building envelope is historic. Can we exclude it from our model?

No you must include all of the energy use associated with the project.
