Hi. Can some one from the project team become certified when project construction is completed to achieve this credit. They were involved with the project from the start and were planning to become LEED AP, however got certified only by the time construction completed. Can we still target this credit ?

Neetika, this is a gray area and you would need to get approval from USGBC. What I would recommend is submitting the credit with that person's accreditation attached and including a short narrative about the approach.
