Option 4 fuel-efficient car sharing program for a C&S building

Hi, our project is a C&S building that does not have parking spaces. However, the owner is interested in participating in a fuel-efficient car sharing program. That is Option 4 for NC-projects. Can we seek this credit in a CS-one??

It is hard to say for sure, but it might be worth a try. You would need to make sure that they are in the closest possible garage/lot since you have no parking as part of your project. I think you would also need to be very clear about how your car sharing plan works. For instance, how are you ensuring that the vehicles are reserved for the occupants of your building only if not being parked onsite?
