Where do I draw the radius from?

Is one building or residential area enough to satisfy the residential density requirement?

My project has access to services that seem to be basic, but are not listed in the LEED Reference Guide—like insurance company, nail salon, auto repair shop. Will these count?

government administrative center.

My project is a government building, which is being built in an exclusively governmental area. only government buildings are constructed in this area. is a government administrative center. there are no residential buildings around. still, I can get the credit?

Hi Patricia, Your project would be eligible to pursue this credit via Option 1 Development Density, which does not require a certain residential density. The Option 2 pathway, Community Connectivity, requires at least one neighborhood with at least 10 dwelling units per acre to be within a one-half mile radius of the project's main entrance. Trey
