Can this credit be achieved if there are no parking spaces provided?

The FAQ section indicates this credit cannot be achieved if the project is not providing new parking. However, the Step-by-Step Guidance (page 113) of the reference guide, indicates the following. Based on this, it appears you can achieve this credit with no parking spaces. "Projects with no associated of-street parking automatically achieve credit compliance; no calculations or preferred parking spaces are required."

Hi Christine, yes, this credit is eligible to be achieved without any off-street parking specifically dedicated to the LEED Project Building. If there truly is no existing or new parking dedicated to this building, this would represent a 100% reduction, which exceeds the Exemplary Performance requirements for this credit.
