CS-2009 EAp3:Fundamental Refrigerant Management

Compliance still says "N".....please help

I've filled this entire form out checking "in scope" for the first section, "zero CFC refrigerants" for the second section and a narrative that reads "Each new rooftop (Daikin RPE) are factory shipped and pre-charged with R-407C. There are no other pieces of HVAC equipment using refrigerant for this new base building project." However, the EA Prerequisite 3: Fundamental Refrigerant Management Precertification Compliance Documented: still shows "N" in the box. What else do I need to do? Please help.

Yep, seems that little bug is still around ... I made use of the "Special Circumstances" text box to document my problem and to then draw their attention to it. Hope that will be acceptable ?
