NC-2009 PIf2:Project Summary Details

Estimated Project Budget

We are submitting for a split Design/Construction Review. Since the estimated project budget includes all costs associated with design and construction work, it is likely our budget submitted at the time of the Design Review (2014), will change a bit by the time we get to the Construction Review (in 2017), and this will impact how we report MR credits. How loose can the budget estimate be at this initial review?

Catie, you can report your working budget during the design review and then update it with final numbers in the PIf4 form during your construction review.
