We are having trouble finding EPAct-compliant fixtures. Is that a problem?

Where can I find a clear meaning of "public" and "private" as relevant to lavatory faucets?

Our project is a factory with historically a 95% male workforce. The restroom design accounts for this. Can I argue that the male/female gender ratio is different than 50/50?

Hello, I am working on a Campus project and some of the buildings do not require use of water because near buildings satisfy the occupants needs. My doubt is about the Leed Interpretation #10214. It mentions "eligible" water fixtures, does "eligible" refers to "applicable"? Does the interpretation may apply to my project? Thank you in advance.

Yes, eligible and applicable basically mean the same thing here. It sounds like your project is exempt.
