Does FSC-certified bamboo products count towards this credit?

A product has FSC-certified veneer, but a non-certified core. Can we prorate the MRc7 contribution of this product based on the cost of the veneer?

Is rockwool considered a rapidly renewable material? I understand that rapidly renewable materials must be made from either plants or animals and must have a harvest cycle of 10 years or less. Does rockwool fit the description?

Al, rockwool I know it is made of mineral content—not agricultural content. It would not be considered rapidly renewable.
