Employee Garden for IO Point?

Hi All, Has anyone had success crafting an innovation credit around an employee garden? We have a portion of our site dedicated to an organic employee garden. The employees who chose to participate in this each season garden the land and benefit from the harvest. Any success stories in developing this into an innovation credit would be much appreciated. Thank you!
