Retail-CI-v2009 EAc1.5:Optimize energy performance - building envelope

We have a project in a leed certified building. I want to know if the UA calculation only requires use the project areas or all the building areas. And we need to submit the product cut sheets? For example i don't have the values of the concrete. Best, Jose Ng

You don't need all cut sheets. The calculation covers the building envelope, not an isolated interior space.
