I'm working on a project that will be achieving Building Reuse - 95%. There's a tenant on the first floor that occupied approximately 10% of the entire building. There is no information on the existing systems within their space. (All other systems in the building are new - so there's no problem completing IEQpr1 documentation for them.) How can our team account for this existing tenant space to achieve the prerequisite?
