I have a question regarding the retention tank for the irrigation system. In our case this tank will be used both for the irrigation purpose and as a grey water tank for toilets and urinals flushing. The tank in case of the water shortages will be supplied by potable water. Can we use such a solution towards water efficiency landscaping credit and apply for it as described?

BH, it can be a solution, but I think you're going to have to make very clear how much water is going to each purpose via calculations.
