Our building is mostly residential. Must we provide showers and changing rooms for the nonresidential portion?

Our project in NYC has a Citi Bike location less than 200 yards from the entrance. The owner will pay for up to 80% of the annual cost for all employees. Can be submitted for the Bicycle Commuting credit SS c4-3?

Would you have accommodations for people who use their own bikes for commuting? I think that would be important.This kind of bike-sharing program is relatively new and I don't think that LEED requirements, as written, deal with them that explicitly or clearly. You may need to contact GBCI or request a CIR to get some clarity on this.
