NC-2009 MPR2:Must be a complete, permanent building or space

high - rise residential building??

From the supplemental Guidance resion 2: "LEED projects must include the new, ground-up design and construction, or major renovation, of at least one commercial, institutional, or high - rise residential building in its entirety." What is it a high-rise residential building? How many floor does it have?
