I have a question! I'm a student here! Is there a minimum number of floors for existing building for pursuing "LEED EB:OM v4 Existing Building" certification?
Is something change from LEED EB:OM v2009? I read something like this: to certify an existing building, it must have 4 or more floors... correct?
Thank you for helping me.

Davide, there is no height requirement for LEED. As stated above in the MPR6 language, there is only a 1,000 square foot minimum for area.

Thank you Tristan. MPR6 is for LEED EB:OM v2009. It Is the same for LEED EB:OM MPR3.
