An existing, old and close building (nobody insiede for years, no heating system working...) can pursue a LEED EB:OM v4 Existing building?
You rely on LEEDuser. Can we rely on you?

Davide, what is the use of the building? A building that is not being operated would not be a good LEED-EBOM candidate. You need to produce energy and water data, have operational policies in place, etc.
Thank you Tristan! It is a general question.... I do not have a specific bulding. So, for you Tristan, for this kind of old buidings we should use LEED BD+C??
Davide, it's hard to speculate on such a hypothetical question with very few specifics. What kind of renovations, if any, will the building undergo? Will it be operated or just continue to sit in a cold, dark, state? What are the goals of the owner? All these questions would impact your choice of rating system.
Ok Tristan!! I will try to answer this question and after this I will write you. Thank you for the answer!
