NC-2009 EAp2:Minimum Energy Performance
This was posed in another spot on LEEDuser and I thought it was worth asking here. Is there a rule to use initial vs. long term R-values? You can potentially get more LEED credit by claiming R-7/inch for polyiso roof, but R-5.7 is a safer long-term design model choice.
