Survey for a religious association

My customer is a religious association, that want's to certify their own building. The building is only used on Saturday by the members of the assotiation. There are no FTEs. Is it enough to survey all members only for that one day of the week. As all occupants are visitors I can't ask for days of absence, compressed workweek, etc. I will only ask for how they got there on that single day. Is that the right way?

Ralf, pay attention to the Minimum Project Requirements, since section 5 requires existing building to have at least 1 annualized FTE occupant.

Jeann, while MPR5 calls for at least 1 FTE, it doesn't prevent LEED certification—only earning of IEQ credits.
