And one more thing just to be sure: Does the project need to comply with lighting power allowance requirements of sections 9.5 or 9.6 (ASHRAE 90.1-2007)? The credit language states that we have to comply only with mandatory reuirements however in the reference guide they are also mentioning lighting calculations according to sections 9.5 and 9.6.
