Due to our lack of knowledge about healthcare facilities and the handicap of translating the terms into spanish we would very much appreciate clarification regarding the following terms:

1-Filter backwash water. There is already a meter for purified water. What is the specific purpose of this system?

2-Water use in dietary department. We are wondering what is the purpose for metering this use. Does this department include the kitchen or food cooking for the patients?
