We are working in Colombia on a new 4,840sqft "dinning room facility" that will serve all users 24/7 of already existing administrative offices and truck drivers (this existing facilities are not certified). The existing buildings within the property and part of the same company, already have showers, locker rooms, cars and motorcycle parking lot, inclusive a grey water treatment plant. The question is, can we use those existing facilities to comply with LEED requirements? (Of course we have to check if we meet distance and quantity requirements.) Hope you can help me. Best regards!
