NC-2009 PIf3:Occupant and Usage Data

Criteria for Space usage type

How should I select the column "Space Usage Type" for each space. My criteria is to assign the type of space which each particular room serves. For instance: I would select "Office" for a restroom which is located in an office building. However I would select "Core Learning Space" for restrooms in a school. Is this right? Do we have to follow other criteria?

I have the exact same question. Did you get an answer to this one?

I typically call out all these spaces separately and just select "Other" and type in restrooms. It's easier this way as bathrooms are considered non-regularly occupied, as opposed to the regularly occupied offices or classroom spaces.
