Key CIR for Registered non-certified LEED-CS v2.0 projects

Can this be applied to CSv2.0 projects registered after April 24, 2009? There is a similar calculator available for current CS-2009 projects, and it would seem strange to have this gap for end-of-cycle v2.0 projects. Thanks!

Beth, I would suggest contacting GBCI to ask them about this, and please post back here what you learn.I am too far removed from the context for this ruling to remember the intent and how that should be applied to projects in your situation.
