VOC Budget Process - If you make a mistake, you can still get it

Does anyone have any guidance (or graphic/ spreadsheet) in making it through the VOC budget process? I totally get the concept, but I just have not been able to find an example that will give me warm fuzzy feelings that I can document it "just right". For context, I have a project that may go the route of a non-compliant locker room floor paint. It is a pretty token amount, so I think this should work. (By the way, information we are recieving is that low VOC locker room floor paint, meeting the higher VOC perfromance requirements, does cost a significant amount more).

Walter, we have a chart intended to clearly illustrate the budget method under the Checklists tab above.

Ahh, I see it. It is under "If noncompliant materials are used onsite accidentally" in the construction heading. It does seem straightforward and matches what I would have thought. Thanks!
