I am working on a BD&C with a small (14%) area that is being developed as core-and-shell. We are turning the project in as a BD&C project, but I'm stuck on how we must document plumbing in the core-and-shell portion.
The developer is planning to provide toilet, handwashing and shower fixtures. But how must this fact be documented in order to satisfy the LEED reviewer? Right now the floor plan for that floor is blank, and the developer has the hives when I talk about committing to tenant specifications. The Developer is responsible for finishing the space to suit any potential tenant, and will no doubt follow through with the correct fixtures. Can I just include the plumbing fixture schedule and make a statement that these are the fixtures that will be used in the buildout of the space?

Lawrence, I'll make the same point here I just made to Joann. If you are not familiar with CS Appendix 4 in the LEED Reference Guide you should read it. I think that will answer your question, straight from the horse's mouth.
