We don't have enough SRI-compliant roofing to earn the credit, but we have a lot of relatively high-SRI roofing (SRI 70). Is there any way to earn the credit?

Can this credit not be achieved in an existing building where one floor (not the top floor) is being assessed and the existing roof will be left untouched?

Alicia, if the existing roof is compliant with the credit requirements then you can earn the credit. If not....
