Fabio, I would suggest that this is not an issue that LEED has any specific guidance on. LEED requires you to follow an ESC plan, which addresses erosion issues, but not cultural factors. As long as you are following laws or codes in the relevant jurisdiction, I don't think it's a factor in LEED.
