Appendix G does not address humidity controls. Is it correct to assume that if you have humidity controls in the proposed building, you must put the same humidity controls in the baseline building, regardless of the requirements of ASHRAE Standard 55?
For example, if a building owner requires a minimum 40% humidity, you must model humidity controls with minimum of 40% in both baseline and proposed buildings.
For example in Salt Lake City, it has very dry summers. Most building owners do not require 30% humidity minimum as per ASHRAE Standard 55. You do not install humidity control in the baseline and proposed buildings.

If you have a humidifier in the proposed case you model the same in the baseline and treat it as a process load. If you do not have a humidifier in the proposed you do not model one in the baseline.
