Joining the party late. Trying to figure out if, how and where our not PVC for wallcoverings and shower curtains fits into LEED. http://www.brentwoodplastics.com/notpvc-wallpaper-wallcoverings.html I thought this would be cut and dry, but it's as mercuric as the tax code. Every consultant gives a different answer preceded by "it depends".
