Green Education in a Courthouse?

Is it possible to earn the Green Education ID credit for a courthouse, or building with similar security issues? Most of the building for obvious reasons is off limits to the public and we cannot post floor plans. The education piece could explain strategies in the public areas with perhaps other strategies listed in general terms. Is there a Green Education strategy that has worked in the past on a project with similar security issues.The client is interested. Thank you.

Allison, the security doesn't seem to me like a dealbreaker, although I can't speak to precedents. It seems as though including enough information about green measures used, and following tbe usual rules for this pathway, would be enough.
