LEED Rating System Selection

LEED NC or EBOM?

Hello, I have a client who has an office building and within two laboratories. They will have to redo the ventilation, heating and sanitary? But they shall proceed to modify the envelope. The renovations will take approximately 5 months and part of the offices will remain occupied. Can I use the LEED NC? LEED EBOM or should I use?

Daniela, there are standards for this situation set out in the LEED  rating system selection policy. It's all about how much of the buliding is affected.
