NC-2009 EAp2:Minimum Energy Performance
Hello, we are working on a project LEED C&S in 2009 of approximately 100,000 square feet. The property doesn't want to implement the energy modeling due to economic issues. Since the project is a borderline case for Option 3 (approximately 100,000 sf) does anyone know if the reference area for the applicability of Option 3 is considered to be gross or net? thanks in advance
