We have a CS project with no signed tenants yet. The owner is providing central restrooms and showers for all of tenants in the base CS project. The tenants will only be allowed to install kitchen sinks for future breakrooms. Since we have to add future kitchen sinks to the fixtures being used at baseline flowrates under Tenant Neutral anyways, requiring tenants to provide 1.5 gpm kitchen sinks would actualy help us gain an additional point with the CS WEp1/WEc3 credits. If the lower flow kitchen sinks are a part of the tenant lease agreement, do we also have to require the tenant to follow EAp2 and EAc1 requirements under Case A? Basically, can we do either credit (water or energy) or do we have to require both under Case A?

Sy, if I understand your question properly, both issues must be a part of a tenant lease agreement, but not because they are linked—simply because they both fall under Case A.

Tristan, we are under the same issue in a review process. I think Sy asks if the project team must include all credits in the Tenant Lease Agreement even if requirements need to be complied only in one of related Prerequisites and Credits listed in the Case A, in her case WEp1 (kitchen sink requirements)
If only the kitchen sink is in tenant space, we need to include requirements to other credits, even without specifications to be met by tenants?
