LEED Rating System Selection

Rating System selection for an Existing Retail building

We have a building which is an existing retail & manifacturing building. Which rating system is the most appropriate for seeking certification: EBOM or CI Retail? I have seen there is a new rating system in LEED version 4 which might have been more appropriate, EBOM Retail.. Any suggestions?

Therese, if it's the whole building, and it's not being renovated, then EBOM. You can also sign up for v4 beta, and official v4 registration will open in November 2013.
