Return plenums should be used in the baseline model?

Hello, If in the proposed building there are plenums specified as return air path in the HVAC system, should I use them or ignore them in the baseline model? Thank you,

You can ignore them as Appendix G does not specify the nature of the returns. Whether the returns are ducted or plenum only makes a difference in the baseline fan power calculations when applying that pressure drop adjustment (which you can't take if you don't have ducted returns in the design).
