With the new Materials and Resources credits in LEED v4, Environmental Product Declarations and Health Product Declarations seem to be the way of the future for product documentation. However, when I search for them, I only seem to find envirodec.com and UL.com for the EPDs, and the Pharos HPD toolbox for the HPDs. Is this right? Are there databases where these are housed that I am not aware of? Or is there really very few EPDs and HPDs in existence today?

Very, very few in place right now Jessica. A big reason the whole v4 rating systems need lots of time to get where it is usable.

Jessica, Karen is right, although we at BuildingGreen (the folks behind this website as well as GreenSpec) are working to offer one source.
