Hi,

I am working on a mixed use project with retail on 1st floor and office on 2nd and 3rd floor with a total project area of 115,000 sf. The core spaces are designed to be served by water source heat pump system (Boiler and fluid cooler combination) with 100 % outside air heat recovery ventilators (HRV).
The plant side (Boilers and fluid coolers) as well as the HRV (with OA and SA requirements determined) are sized and designed for meeting the load requirements for both the core and tenant spaces. With the plant side and outside air system defined adequately it is project teams intent that tenants will install there individual WSHP system, however it is not included in the tenant lease agreement.

In this scenario, can we include the WSHP for the tenant spaces in proposed design model and claim savings associated with them or we are still required to model the tenants space HVAC system same as baseline system?
