I am working on a student housing project with a majority of the building being residential units rented out, a fitness center, and some lobby space. I am assuming that the residential units are considered "leased", but what type would they be? Can you clarify the definition of "lease type?"

The options in lease type - "gross" and "net" refer to commercial lease language and whether utilities (among other things) are included. For residential projects I don't think it's relevant, but in your case you could choose "gross."
