Projects outside US

What is the official reference guide for countries outside US for New Construction and Major Renovations (LEED 2009). I have come across ''LEED 2009 for NC&MR with alternative compliance paths for projects outside the US - (USGBC November 2008 - Updated November 2011)'' Is that the official one? Is it the latest edition?

Fragiskos, the main LEED BD&C Reference Guide applies worldwide. The document you are referring to includes language developed specifically for non-U.S. projects. That language is now incorporated directly into online resources such as the credit language on this website, and LEED Online documentation forms.
