NC-2009 PIf2:Project Summary Details

Pedestrian Walkway

Hello, We are adding a pedestrian crosswalk to connect the building to the opposite side of the street. This was not required and are hoping to achieve an ID point for including it. Would this be considered part of the LEED boundary? It is a public street, so it is not on the building's property. Thanks in advance, Ashley

Ashley, I recommend reading the requirements of MPR #3 Must Use a Reasonable Site Boundary: http://www.leeduser.com/credit/NC-2009/MPR3 You need to include all land disturbed for the purposes of the project.
