EAc2 Submission Requirements

I am very interested in pursuing LEED CI certification for a buildout of my firm's offices. This will be my/our first LEED project. I am generally confident that we can achieve basic LEED certification but we would really like a higher level. I am very interested in pursuing EAc2 but am having difficulty locating the actual submission requirements/documentation for this credit (and all other credits, actually). Is that information unavailable until I have registered the project? I am aware of the multitude of forums, interpretations, spreadsheets and downloads. Furthermore, I believe we have a solid understanding of the metrics and requirements that we need to meet--but I would really love to see the actual submission requirements for this credit. Is that information available anywhere? Am I missing something?
