I have always assumed that this credit was pretty much the same for NC and CS projects - specifically that we must not exceed code minimum AND provide preferred parking for carpooling vehicles for 5% of the overall parking capacity. However, when I logged in to this credit for a CS project, I noticed that there were no places to upload plans and signage drawings when pursuing Case 1 Option 1 for non-residential projects. In going back to the reference guide, it does clearly state that both NC and CS projects must not exceed code minimum but the additional requirement for preferred parking spaces is for NC projects only.

This does not seem to align with the credit explanation above under "You can also provide parking, with some caveats", which is more in line with what I have always assumed to be the requirements for this credit. Has anyone else dealt with this? It sounds too good to be true so I just want to make sure i'm not missing something.
