In a C&S warehouse project, I was wondering whether the racking system could be counted in the materials list (as long as put consistently in all MR credits of course)? I am not including the furniture from the office part of the building, but I would like to include the rackings, as they are provided by the owner and are rented in the warehouse spaces (and are not supposed to be modified by the tenants). Does it seem acceptable? Has anyone tried this approach before? Thanks!
