We are working on a new MOB with 4 of 6 tenant suites being completed at the same time as shell/core. The tenants have provided some information for FTE but I am having trouble backing this up with calculations. Since most of the hours and staffing are less than a full 8 hour day for each employee should I take total staff time and divide by 2080 hrs (1 FTE for the year)? Also, do I have to list each staff type within each tenant group in PIf3?
