Re-use existing equipment?

I have a project in which the Client is building a new building on an existing campus. The Client has sterilizers already, and they may use the sterilizers in the new building. Is the intent that new and used equipment need to meet this requirement, or just new equipment?

The equipment in your project boundary. If the sterilizers are outside the boundary then you don't have to deal with this. Sorry these response are late, Mark. I'm just seeing this after Tristan's rampage through the unanswered posts. He's been a man on a mission!
