Change of tenant

I am working in a CS project, which was registered under the future tenant's name, and has already achieved pre-certification. However, the tenant backed off, and now the project owner is looking again for a new one. What steps must we take in order to change the name of the project, whether it be to another tenant's name or something more generic? What would you advise? Do we have to contact GBCI on this matter? I did not know of any place better than this to post this question, so I hope that any of you can help me. Thank you.
