Schools-2009 IEQc3.2:Construction IAQ Management Plan—Before Occupancy

2 options, Flush out and Air testing

230k School, Tight Schedule, Path 1 Flushout before occupancy, Per Phases, 21 Air Handler Units / Zones, 6 areas of Flushout durations from 99 days to 30 days. My questions: 1. Is possible to combine 2 options, document the Flushout for the areas that need less time, and option 2: Air testing for the zones that require more than 30 days? 2. Can we use temporary fans or other ventilation systems to get the needed volume of outside air and reduce durations? 3. Is possible to combine 2 or more zones to reduce the flushout durations? 4. Any requirement for Flush out per phases that guarantee that the construction dust and VOCs from one zone can't migrate into a zone that has already been flushed out. Thanks.
