Our cabinets are 70% FSC Mix...our understanding is that FSC mix wood is "mixed source products that are a blend of FSC100%, recycled and or controlled fiber".
The LEED credit form states that only "wood based products that are included in MRc7 ar not considered salvaged, reused, or recycled".
If this is the case...can we still count our 70% of the value of the product, if the wood is FSC mix?

Gabriela, any of the FSC Mix content that is recycled or controlled and not new wood cannot count toward the credit.
